No. S2 reads from your existing BAS — Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Schneider, Distech, KMC, Niagara. The BAS keeps doing what it does; we add the analytics and reporting layer.
Can you handle a portfolio with mixed BAS vendors?
Yes. We unify data through a portfolio-wide model (Brick, Haystack, or custom) so analytics work across vendors. This is often the only way for multi-property owners to get apples-to-apples reporting.
